Guest room turned family chill spot. I had so much fun working on this flex space because it was unique in being a smaller den-like area without the pressure to create a large living room with multiple moving parts.
When I asked my client how she wanted to use this space, she said, “To snuggle and watch cartoons with my kids after bath time at night.” How cute is that?!
So of course I loved the excuse to find a loungey daybed style sofa, cozy shag rug, and subtle boho details. We maximized floor space for play and planned for plants, books, and toy storage.
