As we get ready to move into a new apartment, I’ve been thinking a lot about Bryn’s room. When I first set out to decorate her nursery, I didn’t know who she was yet, or that she was even a girl! Now that we’re seeing more of her personality, I feel like her space should reflect that. Yes, I know she’s less than a year old, so these ideas are still very much influenced by what I like, but trust me, we get each other.
I’m thinking playful, teepee-type forts or canopies hanging from the ceiling…
She needs room to crawl around, lots of shelving and wall hooks to organize her collections, and tons of textures to play with. Maybe a mini car-walker thing… And bright, colorful toys everywhere you look. Bryn LOVES faces, fun patterns and unexpected colors, so I definitely want to add a little life to her new space. How cute is that winking vase below? I’ll share a few pics once we’re all settled in the new place.
