Ok, so this may not be the airy studio of my dreams, but it works. A place to edit photos and set my coffee down is really all I need. There’s a breeze from the balcony, a view of downtown San Diego, and lots of natural light.
I’m definitely on the hunt for a better chair, though! I doubt patio furniture is considered ergonomically correct…
I loved my old desk, but knew we wouldn’t have room for it in this apartment. It was a tall corner desk that just didn’t have a place here, so I sold it a few weeks before we moved last summer. The bar height was great and I miss having the option to work standing up sometimes.
But with my current setup, I at least had an excuse to buy this super cute pouf!
In renting apartments for the last 10 years, I’ve learned to creative with small spaces. Make it work!
